What can I request for a price match?
Your request may be eligible for price matching if it :

Identical to a retailer's product

The product must be a matching brand, model number and colour to be eligible.

Available at a qualifying retailer.

We may match local retailers (including their online prices) once verified and must in stock or pre-order online or in store.

Not shown on our exclusions list

Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, competitor’s service prices, special or hourly sales, bonus buy offers

Find a Qualifying Product

While online, find a qualifying product that you want Sony to price match. Make sure the product is identical to our competitor’s product (model number and colour). The price must be current on the day of request and available to purchase at that price.

Fill out the form to request a Price Match

Fill out the form that can be found on selected product pages - unless excluded from our Price Match. If you require assistance, reach out to our Live chat. Please be prepared to direct our support staff to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match.

Should your price match request be successful, we will contact you and update your shopping cart. Make sure to create/sign in to your account and add the product to cart to make this quicker.

Special Considerations
  • At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices) and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major retailers: Amazon.com.au, ebay.com.au
  • We match store.sony.com.au on in store purchases and in-store prices on store.sony.com.au purchases
  • If we lower our in-store or online pricing during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request
  • Our Price Promise covers new items (excludes clearance). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or international destinations and currently authority to leave (ATL) at doorsteps or un-signed is not available.

Delivery Australia

Australia

Regular deliveries to NSW, QLD and VIC metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For ACT, SA, WA, TAS, NT metro and other rural areas, orders should be received within 1-7 business days.

Delivery New Zealand

New Zealand

Regular deliveries to Metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For rural areas and Stewart Island, orders should be received within 1-7 business days but may dependant on local carriers.

  • Shipping is only available to customers within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS only for orders on store.sony.com.au and to North Island, South Island, Stewart Island addresses only for orders on store.sony.co.nz
  • TVs cannot be shipped to regional or remote addresses. An error message may appear during checkout if the TV in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected address. Please remove the TV or choose an alternate delivery address to continue.
  • Pick up and collection of orders are not available.
  • Delivery is currently during standard business hours only.
